Did you pay to much for your ride at GVB or did something go wrong at a GVB machine? Request a refund of the charged costs.

Please note, for a quick en smooth handling of your refund request, it is important that you provide all the necessary information. This includes scans of numbers of the tickets used, payment slips, bankaccount numbers etc.
